Pursuant to the Joint Circular No. 115/2015/TTLT-BTC-BTP of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice dated August 11, 2015, certain types of notary public fees are going to increase. Details are given as follows:
- Notarization of an entrustment contract: VND 50,000/case (Previous fee: VND 40,000/case).
- Notarization of the cancellation of a contract or transaction: VND 25,000/case (Previous fee: VND 20,000/case).
- Notarization of a will: VND 50,000/case (Previous fee: VND 40,000/case).
Furthermore, the Joint Circular No. 115/2015/TTLT-BTC-BTP also provides for additional fees as follows:
- Notarization of a translated document: VND 50,000/page charged for the first copy.
If notary service customers apply for notarization of more copies, from the second copy onward, the notary public fee will be charged at the price of VND 5,000/page for the first and second page, and from the third page onward, VND 3,000/page. However, the maximum notary public fee is not allowed to exceed VND 200,000/copy.
- Authentication of a certified copy: VND 2,000/page charged for the first and second page, and from the third page onward, VND 1,000/page. However, this authentication fee is not allowed to exceed VND 200,000/copy.
- Authentication of signatures appended to a paper and document: VND 10,000/case.
The Joint Circular No. 115/2015/TTLT-BTC-BTP enters into force as from September 29, 2015.
